Our cancellation is that guests must call by 4:00 PM on the day of arrival for regular

days, and a week or more (or a specified policy at the time of reservation) in advance for special events.

Past the cancellation policy on a no-show, the minimum might charges will apply.

If you make a reservation through a third party, we are not responsible for any errors or

cancellation of that reservation.

Requests for non-smoking or adjoining rooms are not guaranteed.

Pets are not allowed. A hidden pet fee of $20 plus tax will be assessed if it is found you have brought a pet to your room.    Of Course, service animals complaint with the ADA are not prohibited.

We offer ADA accessible rooms, but if you make a reservation through a third party, we are not responsible for any errors and may not have the inventory available.  Please call us directly to check the availability of the ADA accessible rooms and more details.   We offer grab bars for the showers and lever-type door handle at the guestroom entrance door that dose not require tight grasping, pinching and twisting of the wrist to operate in the ADA rooms.

We also offer an ADA compliant lift for our lovely outdoor swimming pool.
